Copy you former ~/.local/share/.local-mail.directory onto your new system
Launch kmailcvt from kmail
it fails
launch kmailcvt alone
choose import from folder
choose a new folder in the kmail tree
go and select ~/.local/share/.local-mail.directory
it will import only one of my email that lays in the trash . (other emails folder seems to be well importetd)


I know you will not solve this because of the blabla is not your usecase blablal but always good to have an impact on the stats ;)

More on this:
everything looks likes it is importing the mails stored in every "new" subdirectory and not those from "cur"
I don't know about those from "tmp"

oopss sorry it is the opposite it imports form cur and not from new
