up until 4.11.0:
single click on taskbar icon of a window raises that window.

since update to 4.11.1:
single click is ignored, have to click like an idiot to get the 'windows window' to chose the window to raise (if grouped) and click a lot more, to actually get it on display - or at least doubleclick, if it is not grouped. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have 4.11.0 installed. click on a window icon in the taskbar.
2. update to 4.11.1. click on a window icon in the taskbar.
3. count the clicks in 1 and 2 and compare
