after up'ing to 4.11.1 task switching using the default taskmanager widget only switches when double clicked

all was fine in 4.11.0

all other panel elements seem fine and left clicking taskmanger works fine

tested 2 users on my machine

1. try to switch tasks

Actual Results:  
nada

Expected Results:  
tasks are switched

supposedly eject in device manager requires double click
