cannot show subfolders and sizes in a folder on remote NAS (Synology under DSM 4.3) connected via SFTP in local network

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sftp://user@IP
2. double click on the folder
3. double click on the subfolder
Actual Results:  
on top slot No space information on non-local filesystems 

Expected Results:  
dispalying the subfolders and their content

How should we get the used/free disk info? AFAIK this is not possible with FTP.
And even if possible, this would belong to frameworks-kio.
