With command "acpi -V" user will have the information about battery condition (design capacity - current capacity), but kinfocenter did not provide that information. It only show "charge - no charge" - not really an information imo-

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure battery installed
2. open kinfocenter
3. navigate to battery, under Device Viewer
Actual Results:  
simple information about charge status

Expected Results:  
complete battery status, like design capacity, current capacity, charge percentage, etc.
