I duuno why thunderbird was freeze, but i try kill them with killall command.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

You accidentally killed a kwin subprocess that matched thunderbird, causing a SIGCHLD on the parenting process.
Since you're not the only one, the subprocess is detached from the main process in more recent versions (you'd still kill it, but w/o effect on the WM)
