When I log into a Windows computer via RDP the keyboard layout is always switched to English even though in the settings I specified that it should be German. Happens with every Windows computer I log on to (2008R2, 2003, 7,...)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set keyboard layout to German in settings
2. Log in to computer

Actual Results:  
Keyboard layout switched to English

Expected Results:  
Keyboard layout switched to German

Started happening after updating to KDE 4.11

Please see related issue for a workaround until KRDC from KDE SC 4.11.1 is released.
