When I try to add an account XMPP/Jabber, gives me an error message indicating that the plugin can not be loaded. But I can configure other IM protocols

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Settings menu, go to Configure
2. In Configure window, go to Accounts, and go to Add account
3. Select Jabber protocol and press Next button. The error messeage is visible
Actual Results:  
"Cannot load the Jabber protocol plugin". I can't add a Jabber account

Expected Results:  
The expected result is that I can set up my Jabber/XMPP account(s) and connect it

Kopete's version: 1.4.2
KDE's version: 4.10.2
KDE is running over Microsoft Windows 7 Professional x64 in Spanish

Jabber using QCA library, maybe you did not installed it correctly...

How I could install the QCA library on Windows?

This looks like packaging problem, ask kde windows packagers/developers.
