A user may wish to use 2 factor authentication and print out the sheet for safekeeping. As this may be a bit unwieldy for e.g. a wallet, it would be nice to offer the option for putting the 2 factor sheet onto a small business card, on two sides.

This can be all done in HTML easily, presented on the site, and a PDF downloaded for printing, or simply allowing printing directly from the site.

This likely refers to the KDE Identity two factor system, which uses a card grid.
When it's replaced we'll move to a more modern TOTP / FIDO Hardware Token system, so not much to be done here.
