Description Mark Kretschmann 2013-08-10 08:49:17 UTC
Please add support for the VolumeFaderEffect.

Note: It should be possible to add multiple VolumerFaderEffect to the pipeline at the same time.

Reproducible: Always

Seeing that according to lxr.kde.org, VolumeFaderEffect is used only by Amarok and kalarm, and in Amarok the most important(?) usecase for this is ReplayGain in songs, I wonder if it would make sense to add some a completely separate GainEffect type to Phonon, as libvlc seems to have a direct functionality for such https://videolan.videolan.me/vlc/aout__internal_8h.html#ab509f463eebc9e035ef7b548ae61da73
