i dont know what is the problem, but whenever i try to open a file it will ask me for the application to open, the very basic like the konqueror even cant open itself. this dosent happens in other enviornments. i use other enviornments too but they are all fine. due to this i cant use KDE properly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.double click any file or directory 2.select the appropriate application to open it. 3.check remember association of this file type 4. click ok. Actual Results: it opened the file but couldn't save the association if i again try to open the same file it will ask me the association. Expected Results: it should have remembered the assosciation for the files. and should not ask each and every time
