As per the title

if you hit apply then OK nice and fast and want to change the wallpaper on Mint 15 KDE the image will not appear and a black background is presented, the speed of wallpaper applying and 'ok' ing directly coresponds to whether the image is accepted or not.

waiting 1-1.5 secs and it will work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select wallpaper image
2. Click Apply
3. Click OK

(now i hear a dev asking, why hit apply then ok? why not just hit ok? of course in most instances you will hit apply when choosing a nice wallpaper to see if it looks good.. but it is probably rare to then click 'OK' fast.

FYI selecting an image and clicking 'OK' on its own is fine and works as fast as you like. Just apply + ok fast doesnt.
