The current installer by default pre-selects the "MSVC" entry when choosing binary packages.

Since the MingW build is generally more stable and bug free than the MSVC build, I think it is more logical and beneficial to recommend MingW by default.

The installer was discontinued years ago.
In addition I do not agree with that statement, not back than and not today.
