I am using the dav resource to synchronize calendar and contacts. This works when i create one resource for caldav and one for carddav. However, if i use one recource and add calendar and contacts to the same resource, only one of the two is displayed in Kontact. This is also the case when adding more than one caldav resource (with different addresses/paths. 

I am not quite sure if this is an akonadi or kontact bug. 

Reproducible: Always

-> this scentence my be misunderstood. better formulation: 
this is also the case, when i create one resource and add mutliple caldav entries with different paths

Looks like the naming conflict issue. Fixed in 4.14.1, reopen if that's not the case.
