I've never seen anything like that before. Can you reproduce it reliably? If so, are there any special steps? While the screenshot is interesting, it isn't much use for debugging the issue. Could you instead attach a saved game file?

It is not just some cards missing. There are actually too many cards. Look at the bottom: there are already four families of spades and three of hearts. That means only two cards are missing: three and two of hearts. The nine remaining cards of spades should not be there.

The bug does not seem to be triggered by this particular deal. I have successfully played deal #675046065 of Spider with two suits in kpat 3.6/KDE Development Platform 4.13.1.
