In Konqueror you can right-click on a bookmark and choose "Delete Bookmark" or choose Bookmarks->Edit Bookmarks... and remove unwanted bookmarks. Okular does not seem to offer any way to remove unwanted bookmarks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create bookmark
2. Want to remove bookmark
3. ...
Actual Results:  
Cannot remove unwanted bookmark

Expected Results:  
Remove unwanted bookmark

Use the Bookmarks panel (the one with the star icon on the left).
You can right-click and delete bookmarks from there.
