- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was in the "Desktop effects" submenu of systemsettings; 2nd tab ("all effects").
In this menu, for each effect, there are - on the same row - a checkbox, the name of the effect, sometimes a button with an icon representing a wrench(?), and finally an icon with a letter i on it.
Clicking on that last icon, for any effect, resulted in a crash

The crash can be reproduced every time.
