For a Compilation Album, for example one mixed by a DJ, the album should be shown under the name of the album artist when the collection browser is sorted by album artist. Currently neither the album nor the tracks are shown in the colection browser if the "Album Artist Name" differs from the "Artist Name" when sorting by "Album Artist Name". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set individual track artists on an album to multiple different names. 2. Set the "Album Artist" on all tracks in the album to a name not already used. 3. Sort the Collection browser by First Level->Album Artist Name, Second Level->Album Name 4. Browse to the Album Artist in question. Actual Results: The album does not appear in the collection browser list. Expected Results: The album should be displayed in the list under the album artist. 5. Set "Artist Name" for one of the tracks on the album to the same string used for "Album Artist Name" 6. Re-sort the list (there is possibly a separate bug where changes to tracks are not immediately reflected in the collection browser and tracks which have had their details edited cannot be edited again until the view has been reloaded). The track where the "Album Artist Name" is the same as the "Artist Name" now shows in the list. The other tracks still do not display
This is already solved in the upcoming Amarok 2.8
