When clicking on 'help' in the toolbar, or pressing F1, the following message pops up - 
'Could not launch the KDE Help Center:
Could not find service 'khelpcenter'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click 'help' in toolbar or press F1

Closing these issues as unmaintained since we have been waiting for feedback on them for a year now.
