This is a trcker item for supporting incremental mailbox discovery at runtime.

The problem is that the LIST responses replace whatever mailboxes were already in the tree. Changing this would also require a proper sweep which cancles the LOADING state of any children.

When implemented, it shall fix the following reports in Redmine:
