- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had removed the tag from all photos.  From the tag list on the left panel I right clicked to get the context menu, selected delete and confirmed.  The same thing happened before when I tried to delete a tag that was still assigned to some photos.
- Custom settings of the application:
DigiKam is saving tags to the photos.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
