- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have open two tabs. The 'input_data' form, and a query.
I use the query to locate matching records
I return to the input_data and insert the record unique number into the 'Find' pop-up.
When I click on the 'Find next' button we crash.
This happens frequently, but not always.
Sometimes the record that we are on and leave may not have been saved but I cannot tie this down as the cause.
