Just wanted to try KDE on Windows 4.10.2 but none of the applications work. I gives an error about C:\ProgramData\KDE\bin\attica.dll "not being mean for running on Windows or being broken"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch System Settings, Kate, Dolphin, whatever
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Get this message

Expected Results:  
Application works :-)

That sounds weird, can you tell me which compiler you have chosen?
Depending on the compiler please compare the attica.dll or libattica.dll with the one contained in one of these packages:

Probably some race condition or broken setup. Works for some time already.
