I changed the time zone from Istanbul to BST. An error message was displayed (something about cannot authenticate). The PC time was incorrectly. I manually corrected the time by increasing the time by one hour. The time was corrected however on every reboot the time is set back one hour again so I have to manually correct it.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
