The akonadi_imap_ressource process of the user will not be ended after successful check the remote ressource. Each processes produce a load of ~40%. After computer-suspend there are more than four imap_ressource processes. Very suspicious.. ;-) Please have a look: http://thrri.kicks-ass.net/~thr/web_public/KDE-Bugreport-imap/Bildschirmfoto1.png (two of them at relentless load ;) If I kill (sigterm) one of this at the screenshot, it will be hold the status in KMail until I start the ressource with: akonadictl stop/start. KMail with "Zimbra 7"-Groupware imap connect OpenSUSE 12.3 x64 KDE 4.10.2 "release 1" Reproducible: Always
I forget to remark that the whole time KMail and imap functionality is fine and running but produce load...
The IMAP resource has a new maintainer, reassigning to him.
Does this still apply to >=4.11.3?
I don't know, because OpenSUSE have not updated to 4.11 (4.10.5-1.100.2 is actual). But to this version it has been already vanished! :) But now the first call to connect the imap ressource after resume from suspend to RAM will fail. KMail shows the "connect in progress" (right bottom in the window) but will not proceed and stalls. The funktionality is correct, after I skip this request with the stop button. Then KMail call the IMAP ressource correctly ans all works fine. Is it useful enough? Don't hesitate to request more infos...
