When you are copying a file all related metadata must be copied.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy a file with metadata using Dolphin.
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
No metadata is copied

Expected Results:  
Metadata must be copied

Maybe this behavior must be configurable because some people don't like it.

I'm talking about all metadata and not only tags.
