Unable to open an XML file from an archive (zip in this case).  Preview shows as a blank page.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Preview an XML file that's in a zip file

Actual Results:  
Blank page opens.

Expected Results:  
Page with XML text displayed.
