I am using PCLinuxOS in Virtual Box on WindowsXP.I was asked to reboot after installing KDE video, using Root "init 6". failed and failed after reset repeatedly.
Some notice about failed plasma themes at end of video install.

Reproducible: Always

I can't see how this is related to kcm_grub2 at all.

Would you be so kind as to provide more information? The report hardly makes much sense as is.
