If emerge is used with python >=3.3 the ordering of the dependencies isn't static anymore. This should be fixed again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -p digikam should give a reproduceable output.

Due to hash randomization being enabled by default in Python 3.3. See the 'Note' at the end of this link for details:
