There is no Thumbnails present when importing from Canon 20D

Canon camera use libgphoto2 to generate thumbs. This depend of Gphoto2 drivers support...

It must work typically for JPEG. For RAW, i think it's not. As i don't have a Canon camera, and as i use UMS download, i cannot reproduce the problem...

That's right. It works for JPEG, but RAW. Should I file a bug for the libgphoto2-project instead/as well ?

You ca, but i think it's have been already done... Look first in Gphoto2 bugzilla...
