The ampersand character is not displayed in tab captions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://darthsanddroids.net
Actual Results:  
Tab caption is "Darths Droids"

Expected Results:  
Tab caption is "Darths & Droids" (like in Firefox)

Patch from comment #1 was for KSysguard, not Rekonq.

Development on Rekonq ceased four years ago, and it has been unmaintained since then. KDE recommends using Falkon instead.
