Description Ruslan Kabatsayev 2013-04-26 19:42:41 UTC
Some examples when this happens:
1. Move cursor to places panel and away, this will make FDD head move producing noise
2. Change some Dolphin settings - this will also briefly move head

I understand that FDDs are something not everyone has nowadays, but it still is installed on many PCs, especially Windows-driven ones.

Reproducible: Always
