Yakuake's window no longer aligns itself to the top of the screen in Ubuntu 13.04 w/Unity. It looks like it applies the offset of the top bar twice (see screenshot in URL). This worked fine in Ubuntu 12.10, with whatever version of yakuake was in that. If I adjust yakuake's size or position in the configuration with the window visible, it snaps to the top of the screen right below the top bar as it should be, but this only lasts for as long as the window stays visible -- once it's hidden and reshown, it's not aligned again. (Tried moving away yakuake's config files to start it from a fresh state, still happens.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use Unity. Start yakuake and open its window. The window's not aligned to the top edge. 2. Enter yakuake's config, adjust size or position. The Yakuake window snaps to the top. 3. Hide yakuake with F12. 4. Reopen yakuake with F12. Window's not aligned again. Actual Results: Yakuake isn't aligned to the top edge of the screen
I am having the same issue on Ubuntu 13.04 Using Unity.
Confirmed here, as well running the 13.10 alpha with Unity.

Some additional info: I have my Yakuake configured for 50% width, and 60% height, and aligned to far right. What's interesting is that if I go into the configuration options and drag it to the left a little, it snaps up so that it is properly aligned to the top panel. However, once you retract and re-open it, the original problem re-presents itself
This issue occurs not only with yakuake, but guake as well and sometimes with chromium. They all don't align properly.
Does this mean it is actually caused by Unity (changes the screen's working area)?
