Description Dirk Wallenstein 2013-04-25 12:18:19 UTC
If you have two hardlinks for a file, moving one into a directory with the other will over and over ask if that file should be overwritten. Of course you can cancel but given all the info that is already shown (which is equal), that could be a bit more user friendly I guess.

A new user might be puzzled in particular if that is one file of a larger copy operation

Thanks for the report. Please note that the dialogs shown when moving files have nothing to do with Dolphin itself -> reassigning to KIO.

Is this still relevant or applicable with KDE Frameworks 5.45?
Comment 3 Dirk Wallenstein 2018-05-08 18:48:47 UTC
Works for me

Thanks!
