The unlock dialog doesn't show up after wake up with single screen (the second monitor was disconnected during sleep).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect second monitor. Make it "Left of" main screen.
2. Suspend the system
3. Disconnect the second screen
4. Wake up the system
Actual Results:  
Selecting "Unlock" from the plasma menu on a lock screen doesn't display the unlock dialog. The second screen is still available.

Expected Results:  
The unlock dialog is displayed on the available screen

Sounds more like an issue in the plasma/screensaver?

Thomas Lübking, you are right, It is  more like an issue in the plasma/screensaver.

This bug is still observed on Version 4.10.4 (Fedora 18). 

Quick steps to reproduce (no suspend required):

1. Lock screen
2. Selecting "Unlock" from the plasma menu on a lock screen. 
3. Unlock dialog is not displayed.
