In the step "Login into the KDE Bugtracking System":
"Error when trying to login: /Received unexpected error code 149 from bugzilla. Error message was: Timeout on server bugs.kde.org: socket operation timed out./"

Reproducible: Always

I'm afraid the error message implies it is really a network problem, or a temporary bugzilla server problem . I don't think there is much thing (if any) that can be done in the drkonqi side. Please try it again at a different time, or in a different network environment.

I found that the specification of the http proxy was not correct.
Now it works.
