Description hawker.sid.too 2013-04-22 00:59:45 UTC
I was mouse clicking the drop-down application menu for Thunderbird from the task-bar at the bottom of the screen - method: hover over my Thunderbird application icon, then when the drop down displays hover over that & mouse click it.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Unusual behaviour included complete blanking of screen, except for small window, an applet, showing the wireless connection shortcut or at least its logo, in top left corner that says for about a second, and then shows some unusual behaviour - shows a box shaped field of coloured lines in the lower right corner of the screen. The computer always then restores itself to the graphics screen (no5 of the 6 available) of my full monty pclinuxos installation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See "details" description above
Actual Results:
1. See "details" description above

Expected Results:
Open & go to active screen for selected application.

Crash is caused by third-party "Smooth Tasks" widget. Please report this issue directly to developers of this widget.

Thank you Christoph. I'll try the PCLinuxOS forum.
