When configured to install "app-local", downloads made using the web app should be downloaded and installed to the machine the node.js web app is running on. (NOT the machine the web browser that is accessing the app is running on.)

Local handlers can be used to install different types of content, as with the Active Add-ons app.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
