If you have a torrent that is "Paused", and you use the "Move Data" feature, the torrent will be started again without you telling it to be. Observed on 4.1.3-1ubuntu1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. With a loaded torrent, pause it. 2. Right click and choose "Move Data" and select a place to put it. 3. When move is finished, torrent will resume downloading or seeding automatically. Expected Results: Moving a torrent should only move the data - it should not change its status.
Also happens after using the "Check Data" feature.

Yes, this bug still persists exactly as described a decade ago: paused torrent resumes after data is moved or when you click "Check Data". Observed today on version 22.08.01.
