The target existing file to be saved after modification has necessary permission to be written.
This file's folder doesn't have necessary permission for the secondary helper files to be created by kate.
When attemping to save it, kate complains about permissions as if the file was the problem.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The file should be saved no matter the secondary files.

This is fixed in KDE 4.10.3, see bug #312415.
