Are you able to reproduce this crash?

Could you give more details about the account being added, were you re-adding an existing account, is this your first account etc.

Any clue that might help us recreate this.
Comment 2 Matthias Mailänder 2013-04-08 06:48:42 UTC
I have been adding and removing accounts lot's of times because I check every release if this finally fixes the XMPP network error for me and then usually remove it frustrated again because it still does not work heading back to Kopete. This is the first time I recreated the accounts with Kopete log import. Tried to reproduce this situation (opening an ICQ chat window while setting up an XMPP account) and it did not crash. Sorry. Can't reproduce myself.
Comment 3 Matthias Mailänder 2013-04-10 17:03:25 UTC
This time it crashed when I deleted the account and recreated it http://paste.opensuse.org/97360345 I was doing it a lot because I kept getting network errors so maybe that is a way to reproduce.

This bug has had its resolution changed, but accidentally has been left in NEEDSINFO status. I am thus closing this bug and setting the status as RESOLVED to reflect the resolution change.
