I can't arrange papers by drag and drop and I can't find any other way.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Kjots
2.create papers
3.try to arrange papers
Actual Results:  
I drag the paper and drop it where I want but nothing happens

Expected Results:  
it's supposed to be arranged as I want it to be

Hi Andrew,
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see the email.

That was a very long time ago and I'm not a KDE user anymore. I tried to install kjots on my Gnome desktop to test it out but it complained about a missing akonadi agent that is missing.

I'm guessing that the application needs the KDE environment to function properly. Which is not available to me at the moment.

But hey the description looks pretty clear to me. Manual review should only take a few minutes :D
