When a text file is opened in the viewer and the encoding is recognised to be wrong, the appearing notification bar at the top does not properly resize. See attached the screenshot of one such file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Display a text file in the internal viewer that has an encoding which does not match the one being used by the viewer.
Actual Results:  
The notification bar has a much too big vertical size.

Expected Results:  
It should be only as high as necessary.

Doesn't seem to repro in v2.7. Please reopen if it still happens and attach an example file.
