This crash occured when kwin restarted (probably after a crash) in the GL library.
This might be due to kwin and firefox / flash equally operating on the GPU or OpenGL - please attach the output of
qdbus org.kde.kwin /KWin supportInformation

Do you (intend to) use fglrx ("catalyst")?

About the system getting slower, you'll have to check where the system load occurs (flash, firefox, kwin, x11)
