Booth are related to default action for opening a mime type then, the kcm modules (kcm_componentchooser and kcm_filetypes) should be grouped in a single "Default Applications" entry at system settings first page, as icons and widget styles are grouped in Applications Apparency.

They've done it by now : KCM personalitzation apps.
