The chalk brush paint wrong color with "saturation decrease" option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select chalk-brush, default preset (has "saturation decrease" on)
2.select a red color
3.paint on canvas: it paint green.

Now go in settings, disable  "saturation decrease", then paint again: color is correct)

Fix Chalk paint op saturational ink depletion

Also fix the updates of the checkboxes when they are not toggled
with mouse.
