Description dag 2013-03-14 23:05:10 UTC
I have four caldav calendars defined and no local at all. When I try to copy/paste en event nothing happens (No request which calendar to add the event to) and I get an entry in the log like:
CalendarSupport::IncidenceChanger::addIncidence: insufficient rights to create incidence

If I define a local ics file calendar everything seems to work as expected and I can copy/paste from one caldav calendar to the other.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create two caldav calendars
2. Delete all others (local calendars)
3. Try to copy/paste and event.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens but an error message in the log:
CalendarSupport::IncidenceChanger::addIncidence: insufficient rights to create incidence

Expected Results:
A popup asking to which calendar I want it.

Adding local calendar makes everything work

might be specific to the CalDav Akonadi resource, so reassigning there.

I have 4 calendars in 2 resources, and this is working fine for me (removed all calendars resources that are not dav) with what will become 4.10.2. It may be linked to an already closed bug given what I understand.

Can you re-test with 4.10.2 when it's out (or even try from the KDE/4.10 branch of the kdepim-runtime git repo)?

Thanks,
Grégory

Ok, will test when it is out. At the moment I can manage using a dummy Local calendar.

I have the same problem using only a Google calendar. No copy paste, no error message or warning. I can't confirm the log entry because I have no idea which of the hundreds of log files to look in. Does Korganizer have it's own?

I have to keep a dummy local calendar just for it to work properly, then select my Google calendar as the past point. Two extra (needless) clicks to copy/paste an item.

Looks like this is working fine with 4.14.1.
