In the native menus, each entry that has an ampersand (for example &file) is shown as such. the ampersand is ment as a navigation tool in  the menu system as alt+letterAfterAmpersand.
I'd be good to remove this

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug.
