If active alarms can't be written to any calendar, many of the basic alarm handling menu options are disabled. If KAlarm starts up in this condition, the user will very likely not realise why commands are disabled and therefore be unable to use KAlarm. To help the user to be able to fix things, a warning message should be displayed in these circumstances. Reproducible: Always
