Window being moved after having zoomed in and then out

Steps to reproduce:
1. Zoom in by pressing Meta and =
2. Zoom out by pressing Meta and -
3. Move a window

Expected behavior:
The effect while dragging the window around is shown

Actual behavior:
The effect is shown, but the window size is like zoomed-in

Workaround:
Disable effects with Alt Shift F12 and enable them back, problem is solved

Just to be sure: you've "Use OpenGL 2.0 shaders" checked in "kcmshell4 kwincompositing"?

Yes, when "Use OpenGL 2.0 shaders" is checked I can reproduce this issue, if I disable it the problem disappears

It's the linked bug then. Fix is in git master (atm)

@Martin
